This amazing virtual tour allows you to select the National Park you want to explore, and then gives you a satellite, bird’s eye view of the whole park with pins at points of interest. When you select a pin, it zooms in to an up-close perspective of the beautiful feature that you can navigate around for more exploration! This incredibly cool tool allows you to see a lot, while also providing some context for what you’re looking at. If you crave more, there are some other sites that offer more detailed virtual tours of Yellowstone and Yosemite.

Live Northern Lights Show

Experience: You can catch a live Northern Lights show without enduring the cold. This live webcam is located in Manitoba, Canada, directly underneath the aurora oval and is one of the best places on earth to catch this beautiful phenomenon. And, conveniently for us, early spring is one of the best times of the year to catch the aurora borealis.

We’re all doing our part to limit the spread of Covid-19 and for many, that means we’re aching to get back on the road exploring.
